UPDATE
Tamarin Limited purchased two properties in Leicester Square in December 2008. These properties formed part of a larger land holding, the balance of which was controlled by NAMA. RER LONDON Limited | Tamarin Limited entered a Cooperation Agreement with NAMA through their Receiver with the objective of resolving the outstanding tenancy issues and planning, then offering the joint site for sale. A successful sale was completed in February 2012.
