RER LONDON Limited purchased an existing residential building in the heart of Mayfair in early 2011.
PLANNING STATUS
Planning permission was granted in March 2012 for the demolition and redevelopment of the site to provide a scheme of six two and three bedroom apartments, built to the highest quality.
UPDATE
The site was Developed through with Ellmer Construction, built to the highest quality, achieving Practical Completion in May 2014.
All apartments were sold off plan prior to PC, achieving £3,000 psf NIA.
