The site was acquired from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in May 2013 with a 2 year deferred completion agreed with the Vendor.
PLANNING STATUS
Planning Permission secured in December 2014 for a 100,000 sq.ft. Mixed Use Residential Led Scheme comprising 69 residential units with commercial floorspace at ground floor.
UPDATE
The site was sold with the benefit of Planning Permission in a back to back sale with Taylor Wimpey in May 2015.
Tayor Wimpey have completed the development.
