BACKGROUND
The former Richmond Royal Hospital comprising 60,000 sq.ft was acquired in March 2018
PLANNING STATUS
Planning Permission was secured in July 2019 for 71 residential units (56 private with 15 on site Affordable Housing) and 5,000 sq.ft. replacements Health space for the NHS.
UPDATE
The project started on site end January 2021 with Henry Construction and is scheduled for Practical Completion Q4 2023.
A number of reservations have been made to date.
